Consultation

Consultation 01

The first step in your landscaping journey starts with a call from our Tania to discuss the overview of your project and get all the key details. She will send you informative emails containing examples of our 2D plans and 3D images as well as a selection of customised Design Packages to choose from. She will also send you details of the step-by-step process from consultation and design to the start of construction.

This is a big part of our open communication policy.  We want you to know exactly what we offer and what to expect.  That way you can make a fully informed decision as to whether we are the right landscaper for you.

Upon selecting your preferred package, you will be booked into an onsite consultation with Brenton who will assess the site, get photos, discuss the creative direction and functional considerations of the project.  He will then develop a project brief using the ideas, inspiration and keystone points that will guide the concept.

Once you have agreed to the project brief, we will get to work on developing and refining the concept into a design. Depending on the option that has been selected, we will send you the first draft of your 2D package. After the 2D drawings are approved we can convert them into our stunning 3D package with renders and video flythrough including shade and lighting effects!

At this stage we can assess whether any permits will be required and prepare the documents needed to provide to the council and any other relevant authorities. This includes documents such as soil reports, detailed construction drawings and engineering.

The final step of this stage is to provide you with a detailed itemised quote for your project. If you are happy with everything, we sign the contracts and lock in the start date!
