The first step in your landscaping journey starts with a call from our Office Manager to discuss the overview of your project and get all the key details.
The next step is an onsite consultation with Brenton to meet and assess the site, get photos, discuss the creative direction and functional considerations of the project.
Immediately after the consultation you will be sent an email with a list of preferred suppliers so you can research materials and example documents of our design packages, quotes, invoices, contract and construction schedule. This is a big part of our open communication policy. We want you to know exactly what we offer and what to expect. That way you can make a fully informed decision as to whether we are the right landscaper for you.
The day after the consultation you will receive an itemised quotation for the design work along with a brief on the ideas, inspiration and keystone points that will guide the concept. The cost will vary depending on the scope of the job and the detail involved. We will also send you details of the step-by-step process from design to start of construction.
Once you have agreed to our proposal, we will get to work on developing and refining our concept into a design. Depending on the option that has been selected, we will send you the first draft of your 2D package. After the 2D drawings are approved we can convert them into our stunning 3D package with renders and video flythrough including shade and lighting effects!
At this stage we can assess whether any permits will be required and prepare the documents needed to provide to the council and any other relevant authorities. This includes documents such as soil reports, detailed construction drawings and engineering.
The final step of this stage is to provide you with a detailed itemised quote for your project. If you are happy with everything, we sign the contracts and lock in the start date!
